Good fats, bad fats – either way, 100% fat is not a sensible move when looking to eat for optimal health.

So when looking at the total number of Calories for 100 grams, we can see that there are 355 Calories.
This means that with a simple bit of mathematics, 79% of the Calories from this product are coming from fat, and that is almost entirely from the oil.
Not a smart way forward in terms of reduction of blood lipids, nor bodyweight.
